The Top 3 teams were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes for the Event.
Moreover, 70 young women from three local schools (Ystalyfera, Cefn Saeson, and Coedcoe) actively engaged in a series of workshops and discussions designed to broaden their understanding of STEM opportunities. The event also featured a thought-provoking panel discussion with 8 accomplished women in STEM fields, comprising industry professionals, academics, and outreach specialists, offering invaluable insights into their experiences and pathways within STEM.
Additionally, the conference saw the active participation of Cisco Networking Academy instructors, as well as school and further education lecturers, focusing on discussions encompassing Cisco Networking Academy Platform migration, optimal teaching methodologies, and the launch of the Welsh Cyber Camp initiative.”
